Jennifer Burns She-her

Jennifer Burns, a licensed professional counselor, is a dedicated trauma specialist and an Ally committed to helping individuals heal from their past. Using her pronouns of she/her, Jennifer aims to cultivate a non-judgmental and safe space for her clients. Her heart goes out to those who have faced stories of rejection, and she wants to reassure them that there are compassionate individuals willing to assist in their journey. With a particular focus on mother-daughter sexual abuse (MDSA), an often under-reported issue, she is determined to bring these experiences to light and support others in handling their aftermath. Jennifer believes that treatment for traumatic stress need not be prolonged or painful and draws on her experience as a survivor paired with her extensive education, offering a unique perspective that fuels her dedication.
