Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in Spring, TX, is dedicated to supporting the health and nutrition of pregnant women, new mothers, and children up to age 5. Through our comprehensive program, we provide essential benefits such as nutritious food assistance, breastfeeding support, immunizations, and medical screenings, ensuring that families at nutritional risk have access to the resources they need. Participants receive valuable nutrition education and referrals to healthcare services to promote overall well-being. If you are receiving Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP, you automatically meet the income eligibility criteria. Even if you are not involved with these programs, you may still qualify based on household income guidelines. Importantly, WIC services are available to caregivers of children 5 and under, regardless of U.S. citizenship status.
