TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries is dedicated to providing comprehensive family medicine services in Spring, TX, specifically for low-resource and uninsured families and individuals. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to essential healthcare, including acute and chronic illness care, children's wellness services, breast cancer screenings, cardiac evaluations, and comprehensive management of Type II diabetes. We also offer respiratory therapy, vision and hearing tests, lab work, nutrition counseling, and referrals to specialists, all aimed at early intervention and quality care for chronic conditions. To join our community of patients, simply attend a free screening on any Tuesday at 7:30 AM, where we welcome you on a first-come, first-served basis with all the required documentation in hand.
