Food Pantry, Diaper & Period Supplies Assistance

Located in San Marcos, TX, El Buen Samaritano is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families facing financial hardship. Our welcoming food pantry ensures emergency access to nutritious food, with no appointment necessary and services offered on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to food, we offer diapers and wipes for infants, as well as period supplies, distributed twice monthly on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays. Our bilingual staff is here to support clients in both English and Spanish, with no documentation required for assistance. On Tuesdays, we also provide additional prepared meals for seniors, and when available, pet food is offered during pantry hours. We are committed to meeting the urgent needs of our community with care and compassion.
