Country Wheels Program

The Country Wheels Program in San Marcos, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors living in remote rural areas across seven counties by providing them with seven frozen meals each week. Our service extends to communities including Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, the I-35 corridor, and the Village of Bear Creek, as well as parts of Hays, Lee, and Travis and Williamson Counties. To ensure that every applicant meets eligibility requirements, our supportive case manager conducts a thorough assessment. We also offer short-term meal assistance for those facing temporary needs. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, while we've temporarily paused the intake of new clients, we continue to serve existing clients with adjusted delivery methods to prioritize safety and health.
