Our Harmony Housing Program supports individuals and families seeking temporary housing solutions and essential resources to ensure a smooth transition to stable, permanent living arrangements. Through our TransitUnity Program, we provide eligible individuals with bus passes and ride-sharing vouchers for accessible transportation. The Legacy Assurance Program offers guidance on obtaining life insurance, while our WorkforceConnect Program features tailored job search assistance and job readiness certification to enhance employment opportunities. Additionally, the MealConnect Program addresses food barriers by providing food vouchers and information on local food pantries. Our Holistic Support Program connects individuals with a variety of resources, focusing on mental health, financial training, substance abuse recovery, marriage counseling, and support for those experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
