Brooke Gilliland is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, currently under the supervision of Dr. Christina Villarreal-Davis, LPC-S, RPT-S. With a Master’s degree in counseling, she specializes in addressing a broad range of issues, including anxiety, grief, adoption, mood disorders, adjustment concerns, and parenting enhancement. Brooke is also skilled in creative and art therapies, and she is committed to supporting individuals with Autism and sensory concerns through tailored approaches, including Christian counseling. For children ages four and up, she utilizes play therapy techniques and is in the process of obtaining her Registered Play Therapist certification. Brooke’s practice welcomes clients of all ages, recognizing the unique challenges prompted by the pandemic. She is dedicated to guiding individuals on their personal journeys, helping them cultivate new coping skills to deal with feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression. Acknowledging the extraordinary demands placed on frontline healthcare workers, she facilitates a virtual support group designed to provide a safe space for these individuals to engage and process their experiences together, allowing them to connect with others facing similar challenges.
