Adriana Canales is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate the complexities of their inner worlds. Many of her clients appear to have it all together on the outside, yet grapple with feelings of dissatisfaction and self-criticism. They often find it challenging to unwind as their minds race with an overwhelming list of 'shoulds,' leading to constant comparisons with others. Adriana understands that even high-achieving individuals can feel unfulfilled in their relationships—with others and, most importantly, with themselves. When life deviates from their expectations, anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout may surface. Drawing from her diverse training in modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy, she collaborates with clients to develop personalized and effective therapeutic plans. Adriana’s approach integrates mind-body techniques with traditional talk therapy, utilizing mindfulness practices, self-compassion, and parts work to facilitate healing.
