Nutrition - Meal Services

Nutrition - Meal Services provides vital meal assistance to individuals aged 60 and older in San Antonio and Bexar County. Our program focuses on delivering nutritionally balanced meals right to the homes of those who are home-bound, ensuring that they receive the nourishment they need. We offer both home-delivered meals and congregate dining options, creating opportunities for seniors to connect, socialize, and participate in various scheduled activities. Our services also include access to supportive group settings that facilitate social interactions among older adults. To determine eligibility for meal deliveries, a home visit by our contracted area nutrition provider is necessary. All services are offered at no cost, although donations are appreciated to help meet additional needs within the community.
