Our program caters to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. We prioritize the health and well-being of our clients by offering meals crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific dietary requirements related to various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are free from common allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring that every client can enjoy nutritious and safe options. For those who do not qualify for government assistance, N4L also provides a self-pay option, allowing individuals to choose from a diverse menu for just $7.75 per meal, plus a flat rate shipping fee. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, reinforcing our commitment to holistic care and well-being.
