Community Garden

At West Avenue Compassion's Community Garden in San Antonio, TX, we empower families by providing hands-on education in gardening and sustainable agriculture. Our Community Garden is a nurturing space where families can plant, cultivate, and harvest fresh fruits and vegetables, alleviating some of the financial strain of purchasing nutritious food. Each season, ten families engage with their very own 4X4 garden boxes, receiving guidance through monthly classes that cover essential gardening skills and techniques. We are committed to fostering healthy habits and building self-sufficiency within our community, one garden at a time.
