Community Based Services

Community Based Services is dedicated to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of abused and neglected children throughout San Antonio and across Texas. Our compassionate team provides critical case management and intervention services while also extending essential support to low-income seniors, shut-ins, and adults with disabilities. We focus on delivering personalized care through regular in-home visits, ensuring that our clients receive transportation to medical appointments, assistance with financial management, and help accessing emergency food and other vital resources. We also guide clients through the process of applying for Food Stamps, Social Security, and various benefits. By monitoring living conditions and collaborating closely with families, guardians, and case managers, we work diligently to promote health and safety. Our comprehensive services also include foster home studies and adoption screenings, bringing hope and stability to vulnerable children across 28 Texas counties.
