Belinda Willberg is a licensed professional counselor (MS, PCC, LPC-S) whose ambition to help others was deeply influenced by her experiences during her teenage years. Witnessing the mistreatment of a vulnerable foster teen opened her eyes to the essential need for compassion and support that enables individuals to grow into healthy, well-adjusted adults. This formative experience guided her toward the counseling profession, where she passionately advocates for those who require professional assistance. With a natural disposition for empathy, Belinda understands the profound impact that a caring counselor can have on individuals from all walks of life. Her extensive training includes certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Critical Incident Stress Management, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, she is certified in addressing Co-occurring Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Disorders (COPSD) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, among other trauma-focused therapies.
