MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Rowlett, TX, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission focuses on annually screening Veterans at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management services that prioritize their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging along with clinician support. For those who prefer self-guided options, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist with personal weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success with conventional methods.
