Jessica Michelle Patterson is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for guiding individuals and families on their journeys toward mental and emotional well-being. Jessica specializes in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, conflict, and relationship dynamics, particularly with teens, young women, marriages, and families. With two master's degrees in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, she is also a Certified Positive Discipline Parenting Educator and a Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
