Meals On Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County is dedicated to ensuring that seniors can live independently and with dignity in their own homes for as long as possible. Our mission is to provide isolated, homebound seniors in Rockwall, TX, with nutritious meals, daily companionship, and supportive services that help prevent premature institutionalization. Each weekday, we deliver over 45,000 meals a year, offering hot, balanced noontime meals to the elderly and people with disabilities. All meals are prepared under the guidance of a licensed dietitian and adhere to State Health Services regulations, ensuring that they meet at least one-third of the recommended dietary allowances. To qualify for our food assistance program, individuals must be 60 years or older or totally disabled, homebound without adequate support, and residents of Rockwall County who are nutritionally at risk.
