Senior Box Program

Located in Richmond, TX, the Senior Box Program is dedicated to ensuring that income-eligible seniors aged 60 and over receive essential food assistance through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), a USDA initiative overseen by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Serving over 11,000 seniors in the Houston area, this vital program distributes nutritious meal boxes designed to meet the needs of our older community members. To apply, individuals can visit Bethel's Heavenly Hands and inquire about Senior Box Day, providing simple details related to age, income, and residency. While we strive to assist all qualifying seniors, some may be placed on a waiting list if we reach our monthly capacity.
