Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the Richmond, TX community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals specifically designed for clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to support a variety of medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our clients receive the essential nutrients they require. For those seeking meal options, we also offer a self-pay program, allowing individuals or caregivers to choose meals that suit their preferences for only $7.75 each, along with a flat-rate shipping fee. Our commitment to dietary restrictions means our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you’re unsure about eligibility for meal delivery services, we encourage you to reach out to your Case Manager or the local Area Agency on Aging. At N4L, we are here to support your nutritional needs, whether through meal delivery or additional Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services that may be covered by your health plan.
