Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC)

Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC) is dedicated to providing accessible and comprehensive medical care to individuals of all ages throughout Richardson, TX, and Dallas County. Our mission is to establish a medical home for every patient, offering a wide range of essential services including primary care, immunizations, well-child exams, vision and hearing screenings, and routine physicals for work and school. We also address both acute and chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, while offering specialized geriatrics care for seniors. Our integrated approach includes behavioral health services, social services, nutrition counseling, and HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, along with vital cancer screenings. COPC further simplifies healthcare access with on-site pharmacy, laboratory, and X-ray services at selected locations. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP, and provide financial assistance options for eligible residents to ensure that quality healthcare is available to all, regardless of insurance status.
