At the South East Texas Food Bank in Port Arthur, TX, our Nutrition Education Classes aim to enhance the well-being of low-income families across Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Jasper, Newton, Sabine, Tyler, and Polk Counties. We provide hands-on nutrition education, engaging healthy cooking demonstrations, and tailored nutrition programs for seniors and children to empower our community with the knowledge and skills needed for healthier living.
