Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Port Arthur, TX, is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed to support the health and well-being of individuals eligible through Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our nutritionist-developed meal plans cater to a variety of medical needs, including conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We cater to Medicaid and Older American Act beneficiaries, with meal delivery eligibility determined by individual plans and state regulations. For those with Medicare Advantage, certain plans provide meals as part of their support services; checking with your plan is recommended. Additionally, for individuals not covered by these programs, we offer a self-pay option for just $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to select their meals and deliveries. Beyond meal services, N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping our community achieve better health outcomes through nutrition.
