Based in Port Arthur, TX, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with dysphagia by providing essential resources that cater to their specific dietary needs. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those facing swallowing difficulties through access to specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
