Noelle Fernandez

Noelle Fernandez is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about guiding children, teens, and adults to become the best versions of themselves. She believes in the innate potential for growth within every individual, even when faced with life events beyond their control. Through her compassionate approach, Noelle engages clients in exploring barriers and roadblocks, while also helping them discover their unique strengths. With a strong commitment to supporting neurodiversity, she tailors her care to meet the individualized needs of each client, recognizing that not all minds work the same way—and that is perfectly okay. She employs acceptance, validation, and advocacy skills to foster a supportive environment. For children, play becomes a powerful medium for expression, allowing them to communicate thoughts and feelings through the language of toys. Noelle understands that behaviors often reflect unmet needs or a lack of coping skills, and she aims to interpret these cues for parents, equipping them with effective tools and strategies to support their family. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and a focus on Play Therapy from the University of North Texas, a leader in the field, along with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, Noelle brings a comprehensive and empathetic perspective to her practice.
