She employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Trauma Focused Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), ensuring that her approach is personalized and aligns with each client's unique values and goals. Having worked extensively with individuals grappling with substance abuse, as well as those from the LGBT community and teen mothers, Kathy brings a wealth of experience to her practice.
