Angela Harris

Angela Harris is a dedicated and compassionate clinical social worker and therapist, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). She also addresses dissociative disorders, including DID and OSDD, as well as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Angela works with adolescents and adults, emphasizing culturally sensitive approaches and empowerment. Her goal is to help individuals write the next chapter of their lives through trauma-focused therapy and strength-based techniques. Certified in EMDR, she employs evidence-based modalities for trauma and PTSD, alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Angela believes in a collaborative therapeutic relationship where each client is seen as the expert on their own experiences. As a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and the EMDR International Association, she is also certified in providing Telemental health services. While not in network with any insurance panels, she offers superbills to assist clients with their insurance submissions.
