Allison Rose is a dedicated licensed professional counselor who believes that the greatest gift one can give to oneself is the gift of counseling. Understanding that life can present challenges that are difficult to navigate, she is honored to assist women and teens in various areas of their lives, particularly those who carry complex life stories that hinder them from reaching their fullest potential. Together, they journey through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality, identity, grief and loss, life transitions, difficult family dynamics, anger, forgiveness, shame, and guilt, among others. Allison recognizes that while pain can run deep, the path to healing is even deeper. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student specializing in psychology with a concentration in trauma and holds two Master of Arts degrees in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. Board licensed in professional counseling, her background in Marriage & Family Therapy enables her to approach her clients' life stories from a holistic perspective, addressing healing at the deepest roots. As a Christian therapist, Allison holds a firm belief that every individual has the potential to prosper in life according to God's plans, irrespective of the challenges they have faced. She strives to help clients craft a new ending to difficult beginnings, aligning with their plans and purpose in life.
