HIV/AIDS Services at the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus in Plano, TX, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS through a comprehensive range of essential services. Our one-stop facility offers nutritious meals via our hot meals program and food pantry, ensuring no one goes hungry. Our dedicated case management team assists clients in navigating the care and support systems available throughout North Texas. We provide vital resources including medical case management, health insurance premium assistance, oral health care, HIV education, health counseling, legal services, childcare, housing support, and substance abuse treatment. Our commitment to inclusivity means that services are available regardless of age, race, gender, or financial status. To access our life-changing resources, potential clients are encouraged to complete an intake session at our Client Services office.
