With over 15 years of experience as the therapy director at a local shelter for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and having worked with children and teens in a residential treatment center during her graduate studies, Heather specializes in complex trauma and mood disorders. Recognizing that no one needs to navigate their struggles alone, she works collaboratively with clients to uncover solutions, empowering them to become the individuals they are meant to be.
