Heather Lambert believes that hope is the foundation for believing in the possibility of good outcomes. Through her practice at Clearhope Counseling, she aims to cultivate this hope, providing the necessary support for individuals to navigate through life's challenges. Whether assisting clients in preparing for new life seasons, adapting to changes, coping with traumatic events, or learning effective wellness strategies, she is committed to being a compassionate partner on this transformative journey. With 17 years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher and school counselor, Heather utilizes her diverse skills, specialized training, and unwavering passion to guide clients towards wellness. Holding a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, she is trained by The National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children (TLC) and is also an Employee Assistance Specialist (EAS-C). Her approach is deeply rooted in her desire to love God wholeheartedly and to extend kindness and compassion to others. Heather offers a variety of therapeutic modalities including Trauma Focused therapy, EMDR, Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), catering to preteens, children aged 6 to 10, teens, and adults dealing with issues such as trauma and PTSD, relationship difficulties, and school challenges.
