Chari Burnett

Chari Burnett is a compassionate therapist who deeply understands the importance of connection, validation, and understanding in the therapeutic relationship. She believes that every individual's experiences and perspectives hold significant value. Her primary goal is to assist clients in achieving their personal aspirations through a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment that fosters a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Passionate about empowering others, Chari helps individuals discover their inner strength and resilience in the face of life's challenges. With extensive experience in addressing trauma—such as sexual, physical, and verbal abuse—as well as behavioral concerns, including emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, and depression, she brings a unique perspective to her practice. Chari has a rich background, having spent 27 years in education as a teacher, adjunct college professor, campus behavior specialist, and District Behavior Specialist. Her dedication lies in utilizing her educational expertise and trauma-informed training to create a safe space for clients to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.
