Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in Pasadena, TX, is dedicated to supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and children up to age 5 who face nutritional risks. Our mission centers around providing essential food assistance, including nutritious foods to supplement diets, comprehensive nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion, and vital referrals to health care services. At Harris County Public Health, we believe that fostering good nutrition from the start creates a foundation for healthy, thriving lives. Our program welcomes those on Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP, as well as other families who meet our income eligibility guidelines, regardless of U.S. citizenship status. Caregivers of young children are also encouraged to enroll. We invite you to visit our centers for support; we are open Monday through Friday, with Saturday appointments available, ensuring all families can access the resources they need.
