MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in North Richland Hills, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities by offering annual obesity screenings and personalized referrals to suitable weight management resources. We provide a range of options tailored to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those experiencing ongoing challenges.
