Linda Mappin

Linda Mappin is a dedicated licensed professional counselor (LPC, RPT, MED, NCC) whose educational background, career, and life experiences uniquely equip her to assist children, teens, women, and parents in living fulfilling and balanced lives. She specializes in fostering healthy relationships and facilitating behavior changes that lead to improvement both at home and in school. Linda empowers her clients to overcome their weaknesses, identify and develop their strengths, and transition from being victims to becoming SURVIVORS. With years of experience supporting children from K-12 and their families, she employs techniques from her training in special and regular education, speech therapy, and school counseling. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Linda incorporates family dynamics into her therapy sessions, allowing for communication skills to be developed that can be applied in everyday life, fostering inner peace and joy amid life's challenges.
