Bobbie Melton, LPC Associate, is dedicated to helping individuals aged 13 and up who struggle with disordered eating, negative body image, anxiety, and perfectionism. She believes that life should not be dominated by food, diets, and the relentless pursuit of the ideal body. Bobbie understands how exhausting it can be to feel like your mind and body are at war. Through her compassionate guidance, she empowers clients to break free from the confines of calories, exercise, and feelings of shame. Bobbie invites her clients to find freedom in food and to cultivate peace within their minds and bodies. She offers a variety of therapeutic settings, including in-person, online, and walk-and-talk sessions in nature, accommodating busy schedules with evening and weekend appointments. Her mission is to help individuals flip the script on the critical inner voice that insists they are not good enough, granting them the opportunity to embrace themselves fully and authentically.
