Located in Nacogdoches, TX, Home Delivered Meals by Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to those in need, specifically through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We cater to clients who qualify under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals and caregivers seeking a self-pay option for meal delivery. Our meals are carefully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific dietary requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For eligible beneficiaries, our meal delivery services are accessible with the assistance of a Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Additionally, for those not covered by a plan, we offer self-pay meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select your meals for every convenient delivery. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for your dietary needs.
