The Meal Support Program in Mission, TX, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient level of care in their eating disorder recovery journey. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to gather, share, and enjoy nutritious meals together. With four scheduled meal support sessions each day—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can join as often as they wish, tailored to their personal schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification.
