Nutrition Education

Based in Mission, TX, the South Texas Development Council's Area Agency on Aging is dedicated to enhancing the nutritional well-being of older individuals. Through our comprehensive nutrition education program, we aim to empower seniors with knowledge that not only promotes healthy eating habits but also helps prevent the onset of health issues associated with poor nutrition and inactivity.
