Family Resource Center (FRC) Hidalgo

Located in Mission, Texas, the Family Resource Center Hidalgo is dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers of children from prenatal to five years of age in Hidalgo County. Our mission is to provide essential assistance through a range of services designed to meet the urgent needs of families. We offer a diaper pantry, emergency food provisions to ensure basic nutritional needs are met, and access to essential items. Additionally, we provide short-term counseling, resource navigation, and parent education programs to empower families. Our facility includes a child play area, nursing room, developmental screenings, and parent-centered workshops and events, along with legal consultations to support families in navigating complex challenges. At the Family Resource Center, we are committed to nurturing every child and strengthening each family in our community.
