Diabetes Prevention Screening Program

The Diabetes Prevention Screening Program at Nuestra Clinica Del Valle, Inc - Edcouch Clinic, in collaboration with Knapp Community Care Foundation, is dedicated to enhancing the health of individuals in Mission, TX, who are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Our mission focuses on preventing or delaying the onset of diabetes and its complications through a comprehensive approach that includes education, health screenings, and ongoing support. We also offer financial incentives to make our services more accessible, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and most private health insurances. To join our program, individuals need to provide a valid ID, proof of income such as a recent tax return, and proof of residency like a utility bill.
