Gina Adams Martin

Gina Adams Martin, a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, truly believes that everyone is important, and that their feelings, voices, and stories matter. She has a passion for creating a safe, accepting, and understanding environment for her clients as they embark on their journeys of growth and healing. With specialties in anxiety, trauma, and all forms of abuse—including manipulation, physical and sexual abuse, controlling relationships, human trafficking, and familial struggles—Gina combines various therapeutic approaches, such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and EMDR, to tailor her methods to each individual's needs. Having counseled at Midland's rape crisis center and the battered women's shelter, she is deeply committed to supporting those affected by domestic abuse. Understanding that financial difficulties can be a barrier to accessing mental health services, Gina is willing to work with clients to consider their unique financial situations. With her own experiences in counseling prior to becoming a therapist, she recognizes the daunting yet rewarding journey toward healing, and feels privileged to guide others toward greater happiness and fulfillment.
