Shirley Allen is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who holds a firm belief that each individual is unique, marked by their own distinctive thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. Additionally, she brings specialized skills in play therapy, sand tray techniques, and is Gottman certified in couples therapy.
