Lenora Ivy

Dr. Lenora Ivy is a Licensed Psychologist who passionately provides psychological services to adults, adolescents, and tweens. Employing both science and creativity, she adeptly guides individuals of all ages toward healing, knowledge, and empowerment. Dr. Ivy utilizes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based treatments to address a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, inattention and hyperactivity, adjustment to life transitions, workplace and school issues, anxiety, anger, identity-related challenges, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss. Her goal is to validate her clients' experiences and assist them in identifying solutions that enable them to lead fulfilling lives. Dr. Ivy fosters a safe and nonjudgmental environment by honoring each client’s unique journey, emphasizing personal strengths, and integrating individual interests into the therapeutic process.
