Diana Ham

Diana Ham is a licensed professional counselor with a depth of experience as a former school counselor, where she worked closely with children, their families, and teachers. She understands that sometimes a child or adolescent may simply be having a difficult day and needs encouragement. However, she also recognizes the multitude of challenges that young individuals frequently encounter, including stress, anxiety, grief, loss, divorce, lack of effective communication skills, academic struggles, social integration, relationships, and self-regulation, both behaviorally and emotionally. Importantly, Diana knows that the transition into adulthood does not eliminate these challenges; instead, many adults also grapple with similar issues. She believes that it takes courage to truly understand ourselves, and it requires faith, patience, and determination to enact meaningful change during difficult times. Whether an obstacle is short-term or a longstanding issue, the willingness to embark on a journey of change is what truly matters. As a therapist, Diana is dedicated to guiding individuals on this journey by providing hope, guidance, and unconditional acceptance.
