Gemma Volpato, an LPC intern with a MED, is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore the complexities of life. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, encouraging clients to take an active role in their sessions. Recognizing that individuals are responsible for their own behaviors, thoughts, and feelings, she focuses on fostering self-awareness and new perspectives while helping to decrease symptoms and build personal strengths. Gemma enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and has extensive experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and substance abuse. Her diverse therapeutic methods reflect her belief that each person is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. While she cannot promise a painless journey, she assures clients that there is always hope, and she will accompany them throughout their process.
