Christina Truitt

Christina Truitt is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for supporting adolescents and young adults. With extensive experience and proven success, Christina helps teenagers navigate anxiety, depression, and self-harm, addressing the daily challenges they encounter at school and home. Additionally, she provides guidance to young adults facing the stresses of starting college, making career choices, and managing relationships. Christina is particularly focused on aiding them in overcoming anxiety and the uncertainties of this pivotal stage in life. Believing that God is the ultimate healer, she views every life experience as an opportunity for growth, peace, and a deeper relationship with Him. Christina acknowledges the significant role spirituality plays in an individual's life and respects the diverse beliefs of her clients. A native of Lubbock, she holds Master's degrees from Texas Tech University and Liberty University. Outside of her professional life, Christina enjoys family time with her husband, daughter, son, and a lively array of pets, and looks forward to meeting new clients on their journey toward healing.
