Laura Li, an LPC associate supervised by Kevin D. Jones, is a dedicated counselor who is passionate about helping individuals find hope and reminding them that they are not alone. With a focus on older teens and adults, she addresses a wide range of challenges, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, parenting preemies and children with chronic medical conditions, adoption and foster care, grief and loss, multicultural family dynamics, and domestic abuse. Laura’s background in education and child welfare, particularly with refugee youth, enriches her understanding of the various life circumstances her clients navigate. She is well-trained in trauma and perinatal mental health, having supported clients in both private practice and behavioral health hospital settings. As a NICU mom herself, Laura empathizes deeply with the difficulties faced by preemie parents and is eager to assist those managing developmental delays, chronic health issues, food allergies, and sensory needs.
