Located in Lewisville, TX, the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our center functions as a crucial resource, offering essential services such as nutritious meals through our hot meals program and food pantry, ensuring that no one goes hungry. We provide personalized case management to help clients navigate healthcare and support systems across North Texas, alongside vital services including medical case management, health insurance assistance, legal support, and childcare resources. Our empowering environment fosters health education, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and support groups, all delivered without discrimination based on age, race, gender, or ability to pay. To access our services, potential clients need to complete an intake session to establish eligibility, which is renewed semi-annually. We are here to uplift and assist every member of our community, ensuring access to necessary care and support.
