The Center for Adolescent Health in Leander, TX, is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services to low-income and underserved teens in Central Texas. Our interdisciplinary team is committed to addressing the immediate and long-term health needs of at-risk youth by offering a range of vital services, including preventative care, health and nutrition education, minor acute care, chronic disease management, risk-reduction counseling, sports physicals, and essential reproductive health services. We also provide developmental and behavioral assessments, as well as social work support, ensuring that each teen receives holistic care tailored to their unique circumstances. The Center accepts Medicaid and Medicare and offers a sliding scale fee structure based on income to ensure affordability.
