MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in League City, TX, is dedicated to transforming the lives of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our goal is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with tailored weight management options that cater to their individual needs. Participants can choose from various services, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program that offers in-home messaging and clinician contact, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those who have faced persistent weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
