Molly Rafferty

Molly Rafferty is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) dedicated to supporting preteens, teens, and adults as they navigate the complexities of life. She understands that alongside joy, there are challenges such as heartache and suffering. Many of her clients come to her carrying the weight of childhood and/or adult trauma, often manifesting as relational issues and self-doubt. Molly believes that every individual deserves to be heard and validated, embracing the uniqueness of each client. With extensive experience and a deep understanding of various therapeutic models, she specializes in trauma-focused healing. Molly knows that healing begins within the context of attuned relationships characterized by trust and mutual respect. She offers telehealth sessions and equine therapy, collaborating with her equine partners to help clients establish safety, cultivate self-control, and create healthy boundaries in both their internal experiences and relationships. Through these approaches, clients find the courage to process their trauma and embark on a meaningful healing journey.
